EXCHANGING AND RETURNS

Exchanging products

For exchanging products, these have to be in perfect conditions and had to be purchased on the official website CECILIAROBINSON.COM
Products can be exchanged within 15 days from the day of the purchase.
If you wish to exchange the product for one of a higher value, do as follows:

  1. Download and complete the file for Product Exchange and send it to info@ceciliarobinson.com
  2. Send your product in the original packaging and in perfect conditions with a printed copy of the document you completed, to our office in Asuncion.
  3. We recommend DHL or any other shipping company that offers complete insurance and not normal courier. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee
  4. Once the department responsible for exchange & returns receives the product with the document, they’ll send a link to your email where you will pay for the difference.
  5. Once the payment has been approved, the new product will be sent to you. The brand is responsible for this shipping fee.

If you wish to exchange your product for another of a lower value, you should do as follows:

  1. Download and complete the file for Product Exchange and sent it to us at info@ceciliarobinson.com
  2. Send your product in the original packaging and in perfect conditions with a printed copy of the document you completed, to our office in Asuncion.
  3. We recommend DHL or any other shipping company that offers complete insurance and not normal courier. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee
  4. Once the department responsible for exchange & returns receives the product with the document, a voucher with the difference will be sent to your email.
  5. The vouchers are valid for six months and can be used only on the official site CECILIAROBINSON.COM

Returns

At CECILIA ROBINSON we do not offer cash return. If you do not wish to exchange it for another piece, you will receive a voucher for the same value by mail. Please do as follows:
Download and complete the document for Exchange & Returns and then send a printed copy of that document with the product in its original packaging and in perfect conditions to the office in Asunción.
Once the product arrives to our office, the department in charge of exchange and returns will make sure that all requirements have been complied with. This will take approximately five to seven business days from the moment we receive your package.
Once the return has been approved, you will receive a voucher for the value of your product to your email. Vouchers are valid up to six months after you’ve received it by email and can only be used on the official website of the brand.

*Products that were bought on sale cannot be returned for a voucher
