¿Why are the stones in my product different from the ones shown on the website?

At CECILIA ROBINSON we only work with natural stones, this is why there could be a slight difference between each piece within the same desing. This peculiarity is what makes each piece unique.

Why is my jewelry damaged?

Our products in silver have a special treatment to make the metal stronger and long lasting. This procedure combines other metals, that when exposed to extreme temperatures, chemicals, humidity or salt water can damage the product removing brightness, gold plating and giving a deteriorated look to your product

Can you resize my ring?

Rings can be resized as long as these been manufactured by CECILIA ROBINSON. The resizing is free of cost within the 1-year warranty. Otherwise, the resizing will have a cost, however, some designs cannot be modified.

What can I do if my jewelry gets damaged?

All products have a one-year warranty from the day it was purchased. Within that year, all repairs have no cost. The warranty only covers any damage that has not been caused by accidents, misuse, common wear and other factors that are left to the brands criteria. If you are no longer within the one-year warranty, please visit Customer service and contact us for more information
